Robert A. Cecchini


AAreas of concentration include Real Estate Law, Estate and Probate Law, Corporate Law, Zoning Law and General Litigation. He is also an approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company. Attorney Cecchini began his private practice in 1976 and is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law. He is certified to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Federal District Court of the U.S. - Middle District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Lackawanna County Bar Associations.

We are a licensed Title Insurance Agent with over thirty years of experience that own and operate a title abstract company known as ETA Inc., issuing Title Insurance through First American Title Insurance. Our clients can rely on us to guide them through the entire process from initial Agreement of Sale through Closing.

Civil Law

Experienced representation in civil actions before all levels of the Judiciary; representing businesses and individuals in Social Security Disability Claims, Contract Disputes, License Violations, Monetary Disputes and Personal Injury Cases. In the instance of specialized personal injury cases, we direct a network of highly vetted firms which are experts within specified areas of personal injury.
