JJoining the firm 28 years ago, Attorney Stivala is well versed in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Administration for all variations of family structures; health care directives; business formation and incorporation; business sales and acquisitions; drafting of commercial and individual contracts; and liquor license transfers. A B.S. graduate of the University of Scranton and J.D. graduate of the Widener University School of Law, she is licensed to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Current memberships include Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

We are a licensed Title Insurance Agent with over thirty years of experience that own and operate a title abstract company known as ETA Inc., issuing Title Insurance through First American Title Insurance. Our clients can rely on us to guide them through the entire process from initial Agreement of Sale through Closing.

Experienced representation in the Formulation of Small Businesses as well as the Sales and Purchases of Existing Businesses; expertly creating entities most suitable for our clients, whether it’s a Corporation, Partnership, Limited Liability Company or a Sole Proprietorship. We handle the purchases and sales of all businesses and have over thirty years of experience in the transference of liquor licenses during the sale of restaurants and bars. Paying close attention to all the details ensures that our clients are always secure in their decisions.

Experienced representation in civil actions before all levels of the Judiciary; representing businesses and individuals in Social Security Disability Claims, Contract Disputes, License Violations, Monetary Disputes and Personal Injury Cases.
